Council Regulation (ΕC) No 685/2008 of 17 July 2008 repealing the anti-dumping duties imposed by Regulation (EC) No 85/2006 on imports of farmed salmon originating in Norway

The partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of farmed (other than wild) salmon, whether or not filleted, fresh, chilled or frozen, currently classifiable within CN codes ex03021200, ex03031100, ex03031900, ex03032200, ex03041913 and ex03042913, originating in Norway, initiated pursuant to Article 11(3) of Regulation (EC) No 384/96, is hereby terminated. The definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Regulation (EC) No 85/2006 on the abovementioned imports is hereby repealed. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
