2009/375/EC: Commission Decision of 8 May 2009 on the financing of a working programme for 2009 on training tools in the field of food safety, animal health, animal welfare and plant health

The working programme in annex concerning the financing in 2009 of actions related to training tools in the field of food safety, animal health, animal welfare and plant health is adopted. The Director-General of Directorate-General ‘Health and Consumers’ is in charge of its publication and implementation. Within the maximum indicative budget of each specific action, cumulated changes not exceeding 20 % are not considered to be substantial provided that they do not significantly affect the nature and objectives of the work plan. The authorising officer, as referred to in Article 59 of the Financial Regulation, may adopt such changes in accordance with the principles of sound financial management.

The operating subsidy entered in the budget line 17 01 04 31 shall be paid to the ‘Executive Agency for Health and Consumers’.

The appropriations covered by the work programme in annex may be used to pay default interest in accordance with Article 83 of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002.
