Article 1

Exceptional State aid by the Hungarian authorities in the form of interest subsidies and direct grants for the purchase of agricultural land, amounting to a maximum of HUF 4000 million and allocated between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2013, shall be considered to be compatible with the internal market.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Hungary.
