Article 1

‘3 By way of derogation from paragraph 1, no aid applications for a marketing year may be submitted after 30 April following the end of the marketing year in question, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
