Commission Decision of 23 September 2009 on the aid which Poland is planning to implement for Dell Products (Poland) Sp. z o.o. C 46/08 (ex N 775/07) (notified under document C(2009) 6868) (Text with EEA relevance)

1 The State aid which Poland is planning to implement in favour of Dell Poland, amounting to PLN 216365000 in nominal value, and representing a maximum aid intensity of 27,81 % gross grant equivalent, is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(a) of the Treaty.

2 Implementation of the aid referred to in Article 1(1) is accordingly authorised.

The Polish authorities shall submit to the Commission a detailed final report including information on the aid amounts paid, on the execution of the aid contract and on any other investment projects started at the same establishment or plant, within 6 months of payment of the last tranche of the aid according to the notified payment schedule.

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Poland.
