Article 1

Common Position 2003/495/CFSP shall be amended as follows: the second subparagraph of Article 7 is replaced by: ‘Articles 4 and 5 shall apply until 31 December 2010.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
