Article 1

La Posición Común 2003/495/PESC se modifica como sigue: En el artículo 7, el párrafo segundo se sustituye por el texto siguiente: «Los artículos 4 y 5 serán de aplicación hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2010.».

Article 2

La presente Decisión entrará en vigor el día de su adopción.

Article 3

La presente Decisión se publicará en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea.
