Article 1

The financial contribution from the Union towards the expenditure associated with eradicating bluetongue in Austria in 2007 and 2008 is fixed at EUR 1706326,35. It constitutes a financing decision in the meaning of Article 75 of the Financial Regulation.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Austria.
