Article 1 Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011

In the column ‘Specific provisions’ of row number 217, metazachlor, of Part A of the Annex, Part A is replaced by the following: ‘PART A Only uses as herbicide may be authorised. Applications shall be limited to a total dose of not more than 1,0 kg metazachlor/ha in a three-year period on the same field.’

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union
