The measure which Italy is planning to implement on the basis of Article 2(250) of Law No 191 of 23 December 2009 and the Decree of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of 31 January 2011 for the development of logistics chains and the upgrading of intermodality is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Implementation of the measure is accordingly authorised.

This Decision is addressed to the Italian Republic.
