Article 1

‘3 The relevant Member State shall inform the other Members States at least two weeks in advance of the intention to grant an authorisation referred to in points (g) and (h) of paragraph 1.’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
