Article 1

The measure taken by the German authorities, prohibiting the placing on the market of fire-brigade safety belts of types FHA, FHB and FSmS manufactured by Dietrich&Co. GmbH, is justified.

Article 2

This Decision regards exclusively products manufactured in 2011 and in 2012.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
