Article 1

The provisional measure provided for in Article 4(1) and (2) and Article 7(2) of the Decree of 24 November 2014, regarding temporary regulations with regard to the electronic cigarettes, notified to the Commission by the Netherlands on 10 March 2015, is authorised until 19 May 2016.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
