Die der MLB von Lettland gewährte staatliche Beihilfe in Form einer Liquiditätshilfe für HipoNIA in Höhe von 71 Mio. LVL und der Vorteil, der Hipolizings aus den Umstrukturierungsmaßnahmen zugunsten der MLB indirekt entstanden ist, sind mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar.

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Republik Lettland gerichtet.
