Article 1

1 The financial contribution from the Union towards the expenditure incurred by Germany in 2007 for the financing of emergency measures to combat bluetongue is hereby fixed at EUR 3961549,35.

2 The balance of the financial contribution from the Union remaining to be paid to Germany is hereby fixed at EUR 61549,35.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
