Article 1

Implementing Decision 2013/676/EU is amended as follows: (1) in Article 1, the date ‘31 December 2016’ is replaced by that of ‘31 December 2019’; (2) in Article 3, the date ‘1 April 2016’ is replaced by that of ‘1 April 2019’.

This Decision is addressed to Romania.
