Article 1

The temporary suspension of preferential customs duty on imports of fresh bananas classified under heading 08039010 of the European Union Combined Nomenclature and originating in Guatemala is not appropriate during the year 2016.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
