Article 1

Die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 765/2006 wird wie folgt geändert: 1. Artikel 2 Absatz 6 wird aufgehoben. 2. Artikel 8b wird aufgehoben. 3. Anhang IV wird aufgehoben.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
