Article 1
Regulation (EC) No 765/2006 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 2, paragraph 6 is deleted; (2) Article 8b is deleted; (3) Annex IV is deleted.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
