Article 1

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is identified as a third country that the Commission considers as a non-cooperating third country in fighting illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
