Article 22a Catch limits

Catches of yellowfin tuna by Union vessels fishing with purse seiners shall not exceed the catch limits set out in Annex IK.’;

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2017.
