Article 1
The information to be included in the lists of recognised breed societies and breeding operations provided for in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/1012 shall be presented in accordance with the model forms set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 November 2018.
