Article 1

The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of ferro-silicon, a ferro-alloy containing by weight 20 % or more but not more than 96 % of silicon and 4 % or more of iron, originating in Egypt and Ukraine, currently falling within CN codes 72022100, 72022910 and 72022990, is hereby terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
