Article 1

The aid scheme which Germany is planning to implement in order to establish a Capacity Reserve is compatible with the internal market on the basis of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty for a total of three consecutive two-year delivery periods for delivery until 30 September 2025. Implementation of the aid scheme is accordingly authorised.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
