Article 1

Directive 2014/25/EU shall not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the following activities to be carried out on the territory of the Czech Republic: (a) retail supply of natural gas to large customers; (b) retail supply of natural gas to small customers.

Article 2

Directive 2014/25/EU shall continue to apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the following activities to be carried out on the territory of the Czech Republic: (a) retail supply of electricity to large customers; (b) retail supply of electricity to small customers.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Czech Republic.
