Council Decision of 26 September 2019 appointing the Deputy Executive Director of the European Union Intellectual Property Office

1 Mr Andrea DI CARLO, born in Rome (Italy) on 9 September 1970, is hereby appointed as Deputy Executive Director of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (‘the Office’) for a term of five years.

2 The date on which the five-year term referred to in paragraph 1 commences shall be determined by the Management Board of the Office.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
