Article 1

France is authorised to apply an extension of four months of the period of six months specified in Article 11(2) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698. France is authorised to apply an extension of four months of the periods between 1 March 2020 and 31 August 2020 specified in Article 16(1) and Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698. France is authorised to apply an extension until 28 February 2021 of the deadline of 30 November 2020 specified in Article 16(1) and Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
