Article 1

The Commission shall be authorised to vote, on behalf of the Union, at the General Meeting of the European Investment Fund in favour of the proposed increase of EUR 2870000000 in the authorised capital of the Fund.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
