Commission Decision of 27 November 2015 amending Decision 2011/C 253/04 setting up a Payment Systems Market Expert Group, in order to extend its period of validity 2021/C 52 I/01

1 In Article 4(5) of Decision of 29 August 2011, the reference to ‘four years’ is replaced by ‘five years’.

2 Article 5(7) shall be replaced by the following: ‘The Commission shall publish all relevant documents on the activities carried out by the Group (such as agendas, minutes and participants' submissions) either by including it in the Register of Commission expert groups and other similar entities or via a link from this Register to a dedicated website where the information can be found. Exceptions to publication should be foreseen where disclosure of a document would undermine the protection of a public or private interest as defined in Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.’.

3 In Article 8 of Decision of 29 August 2011, the date ‘31 December 2015’ is replaced by the date ‘31 December 2020’.
