Article 1

The third country with which the Union has concluded an agreement on mutual assistance similar in scope to Directive 2010/24/EU and Regulation (EU) No 904/2010 is the Kingdom of Norway.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 July 2021.
