1 The regions eligible for funding from the ERDF and ESF+ under the category of less developed regions are listed in Annex I.

2 The regions eligible for funding from the ERDF and the ESF+ under the category of transition regions are listed in Annex II.

3 The regions eligible for funding from the ERDF and the ESF+ under the category of more developed regions are listed in Annex III.

The Member States eligible for funding from the Cohesion Fund are listed in Annex IV.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
