Article 1

The Member States listed in the Annex are authorised to implement the derogations set out in the Annex regarding the transport of dangerous goods in their territory.

Article 2

Section I.3 of Annex I, Section II.3 of Annex II and Section III.3 of Annex III to Directive 2008/68/EC are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
