Article 1

The name ‘Rooibos’/‘Red Bush’ (PDO) is registered. The name in the first paragraph identifies a product from Class 1.8. Other products listed in Annex I to the Treaty (spices etc.). The consolidated single document is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
