Article 1

Regulation (EU) 2020/1706 is amended as follows: (1) point (b) of Article 4(4) is replaced by the following: ‘(b) cutting into rings and cutting into strips for materials under CN codes 03074335, 03074391, 03074392 and 03074399;’; (2) the Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2021.
