Article Article

Directive 2014/25/EU shall not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the provision of non-commercial bus transport services in the territory of the regions under the competence of Verkehrsverbund Ost-Region and the region under the competence of Oberösterreich Verkehrsverbund. This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Austria.
