Article 1

The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the EPA Committee established by the Stepping Stone Economic Partnership Agreement between Ghana, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, as regards the adoption of the Rules of Procedure for dispute settlement shall be based on the draft Decision of the EPA Committee attached to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

Article 1

The Rules of Procedure for dispute settlement, as set out in the Annex to this Decision, are hereby adopted.
