Article Article

Directive 2014/25/EU shall not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the electricity generation and wholesale from conventional and renewable sources in Denmark, covered by the request made pursuant to Article 35(1) of Directive 2014/25/EU. This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of Denmark.
