Article 1

The information referred to in Article 54(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1861 and Article 68(3) Regulation (EU) 2018/1862 shall be provided in accordance with the template set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
