Council Decision (EU) 2022/2384 of 25 November 2022 on the approval, on behalf of the European Union, of the modification of the Union’s Schedule of Specific Commitments under the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) to incorporate Annex 1 to the Declaration on the Conclusion of Negotiations on Services Domestic Regulation

The incorporation of the disciplines specified in Annex 1 to the Declaration on the Conclusion of Negotiations on Services Domestic Regulation into the Union’s GATS Schedule of Specific Commitments is hereby approved on behalf of the European Union. The text of the Declaration and the Union’s Pre-Finalisation Schedule of Specific Commitments is attached to this Decision.

The Commission is hereby authorised to submit to the WTO the necessary modifications to the Union’s GATS Schedule of Specific Commitments, as set out in the Union’s Pre-Finalisation Schedule of Specific Commitments.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
