Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/516 of 26 October 2021 amending Annex IV to Council Regulation (EC) No 708/2007 concerning use of alien and locally absent species in aquaculture

Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 708/2007 is amended as follows: (1) in the PART A – General, the following species is added: Pagrus major, Red seabream, also known as Japanese seabream; (2) the Latin name of species Acipenser gueldenstaeti is replaced by Acipenser gueldenstaedtii; (3) the Latin name of species Aristichthys nobilis is replaced by Hypophthalmichthys nobilis; (4) a footnote is added to the title in Annex IV with the following text: ‘Hybrids of species included in this Annex should not be considered as part of this list.’

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
