Article 1

1 The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/546 is amended as follows: ‘Guangdong Huachang Aluminium Factory Co., Ltd.C575’ is replaced by ‘Guangdong Huachang Group Co., Ltd.C575’

2 The TARIC additional code C575 previously attributed to Guangdong Huachang Aluminium Factory Co., Ltd. shall apply to Guangdong Huachang Group Co., Ltd. as of 9 June 2021.

3 Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by Guangdong Huachang Group Co., Ltd. in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 1(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/546 as regards Guangdong Huachang Aluminium Factory Co., Ltd. shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
