Article 1

In Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 139/2014, point (41b) is replaced by the following: ‘(41b) “SNOWTAM” means a special series NOTAM given in a standard format, which provides a surface condition report notifying the presence or cessation of hazardous conditions due to snow, ice, slush, frost, standing water or water associated with snow, slush, ice, or frost on the movement area;’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
