Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2709 of 15 September 2023 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2021/888 of the European Parliament and of the Council with provisions on the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation framework for the European Solidarity Corps Programme

The indicators set out in the Annex to this Regulation shall supplement the indicators set out in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2021/888 as regards the outputs, results and impacts of the Programme. The indicators shall be measured as follows: (a) annually, as regards the indicators in the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2021/888 and as regards the indicators in points 1 and 2 of the Annex to this Regulation; (b) the impact indicator referred to in point 3 of the Annex to this Regulation shall be measured as part of the interim and final evaluations, in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2021/888.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
