Commission Decision of 30 September 2024 approving on behalf of the European Union, the position to be taken as regards amendments to Annexes 10-A and 10-B to the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Singapore

The position to be taken on behalf of the Union by the Trade Committee, as regards the amendments to Annexes 10-A and 10-B to the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Singapore, is hereby approved. That position shall be based on the draft Decision of the Trade Committee set out in the Annex to this Decision. Minor changes to that draft Decision may be agreed by the representatives of the European Union in the Trade Committee without further decision of the Commission.

The representatives of the European Union in the Trade Committee are authorised to approve the adoption of the Decision of that Committee on behalf of the European Union.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union. After its adoption, the Decision of the Trade Committee shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Annexes 10-A and 10-B to the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Singapore are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
