Article 1

The participation of Sweden in the enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the EPPO is confirmed.

Article 2

1 Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 shall apply in Sweden as from the day of entry into force of this Decision.

2 By way of derogation from paragraph 1, Articles 24 to 27 and 31 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 shall apply in Sweden as from the twentieth day of the appointment of the European Prosecutor from Sweden in accordance with Article 16 of that Regulation.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
