Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2650 of 10 October 2024 reducing from Union financing certain expenditure incurred by certain Member States under the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and under the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) (notified under document C(2024) 6993)

The amounts set out in the Annex and related to expenditure declared by the Member States’ accredited paying agencies under the EAGF or the EAFRD, corresponding to the interventions referred to in Title III of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 and which do not have a corresponding output as reported in the annual performance report referred to in Article 9(3) and Article 10 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 and in Article 134 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115, shall be reduced from Union financing.

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Bulgaria, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, Romania and the Slovak Republic.
