The following candidate nominated by Poland is hereby appointed European Prosecutor of the EPPO for a non-renewable period of 6 years from 8 January 2025: Ms Grażyna STRONIKOWSKA.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
