Article 1 Amendments to Regulation (EU) No 139/2014

‘4 The DAAD attached to the certificate shall be transferred to the new aerodrome operator to whom the operation of the aerodrome is to be transferred, provided that the conditions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 3 are met.’

Article 2 Date of entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 24 May 2025.
