Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1839 of 3 July 2024 correcting Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2846 by deleting Schinopsis lorentzii (Griseb.) Engl. as a source of the feed additive red quebracho extract

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2846 is corrected as follows: (1) the title is replaced by the following: ‘Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2846 of 20 December 2023 concerning the authorisation of red quebracho extract from Schinopsis balansae Engl. as a feed additive for all animal species’; (2) the Annex is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

The feed additive red quebracho extract from Schinopsis lorentzii (Griseb.) Engl. and premixtures, compound feed and feed materials containing it, which are produced and labelled before 5 August 2024 in accordance with the rules applicable before 5 July 2024 may continue to be placed on the market and used until 5 January 2025.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
