Article 1

The request of the Netherlands for non-application of point 4.2.2.3.2.(12) of the Annex to Regulation (EU) No 1300/2014 with respect to the required external sound pressure level of audible alert signals for external doors is accepted for the vehicles listed in the Annex to this Decision. The Netherlands shall notify the Commission without delay of any changes to the identifiers of the vehicles listed in the Annex.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
